Την Τρίτη παραδίδονται προς χρήση οι υπόγειοι κάδοι στο κέντρο της Καρδιτσας.Απο σήμερα εχουν εγκατασταθεί στα κεντρικά σημεία της πολης και είναι ένα έργο που αναβαθμίζει την ποιότητα ζωής καθώς την εικόνα της πολης.
Το έργο της υπογειοποιησης χρηματοδοτείται από πόρους του πράσινου ταμείου και περιλαμβάνει υπογειοποιηση κάδων σε 15 κεντρικά σημεία της πολης.
