Στο ύψος των 500.000 ευρώ θα είναι το αφορολόγητο ακίνητης περιουσίας ανά οικογένεια, με τις αναθεωρημένες, μάλιστα, αντικειμενικές τιμές.

Η επεξεργασία του φόρου μεγάλης ακίνητης περιουσίας που θα αντικαταστήσει τον ΕΝΦΙΑ έχει αρχίσει δήλωσε ο υπουργός Επικρατείας, Αλέκος Φλαμπουράρης.

Επίσης σημείωσε ότι οι αντικειμενικές αξίες δεν θα μειωθούν οριζόντια αλλά η αναπροσαρμογή τους θα γίνει λαμβάνοντας υπόψη της ζώνες, υπογραμμίζοντας ότι σε κάποια περιοχή θα γίνει μείωση 10% και σε κάποια άλλη 40%.

Δεν έχει διευκρινιστεί αν το αφορολόγητο όριο των 500.000 ευρώ θα αφορά στην πρώτη κατοικία και μόνο ή στο σύνολο της περιουσίας.
